Our Tuscan Cuisine is the typical expression of an healthy, genuine mediterranean diet and it is famous around the whole world because our dishes are rich of fresh and natural ingredients. It is a typical cooking which has its origins thanks to the poor but natural ingredients grown in our fields.
Our restaurant Borgo Dolci Colline tries to keep our tuscan traditions by using fresh ingredients form our land and by cooking them with our olive oil. We usually pay attention to the typical products of the seasons and this is why our menu changes during the year.
We have few tables available tocated in 3 rooms: one room with a stunning fireplace, one room with a porch and a small private room.
During the Winter season our restaurant is opened on Saturday for dinner. It is possibile to reserve a dinner every evening and also on Sunday for lunch for groups starting from 8 people.
In Summer our restaurant is opened every night.
We can reserve also for private dinner or sunday lunch also during the holidays

Borgo Dolci Colline has been producing extra virgin olive oil for three generations, with over 3000 olive trees from which the precious “liquid gold” of Tuscany is obtained. We organize guided tours of the oil mill in which we explain the process for obtaining the product, describing the supply chain from fruit picking to the finished product; at the end of the visit it will be possible to taste the oil with Tuscan bread.
