Terms and General Conditions

We kindly ask our guests to read our general conditions carefully and also to respect our booking and payment policy. In case these terms and conditions won’t be respected, the guest can loose the right to access our accomodation or his/her booking payment.

Adults only hotel

Borgo Dolci Colline is an adult only hotel. We are happy to welcome people with more than 14 years old. The hotel direction, during certain part of the season, might accept also children under14 years old, but each case must be discussed in advance before the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of a booking cancellation the deposit you have paid won’t be given back. Please note that our booking confirmation deposit is 30% of the payment.

Online booking:

Every online booking made through our website will be confirmed as soon as the deposit is paid. Later you will receive our e-mail with all the booking details.

During high season we kindly ask our customers to pay the balance of your booking 7 days before your arrival. Once you pay your deposit and you receive the booking confirmation via e-mail, you also accept our terms and conditions and our cancellation policy.

PAYMENTS

Deposit: you can pay your 30% deposit via wire transfer but also online with credit card.

Final Payment/Balance: credit card such as Visa, Mastercard,Amex or cash ( up to a max of 4.999.00 euro for each booking)

Tourist tax: Starting from 1^st June 2023 you will be asked to pay 1 euro a day for each person for a max of 7 nights. This tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid  cash at the check-in. Children under 14 years old don’t have to pay the tax.

Arrival: During your check-in the day of your arrival you will be asked to show us your valid ID card or passport. This is our time schedule:

Check-in from 2 to 8 pm

Check-out within 10 am.

Please note it mgiht be possible to agree about a late check out/night check-out but you need to tell this to our reception before your arrival. For this service there is an extra fee of 30 euro.

All the below mentioned services and amenities are included within the price of your booking:

• Bed Linen and bath towels for all the people who stay in the accomodation. You can ask for an extra change of linen and towels during your stay but please note there is an extra fee of 10 euro per person. You can ask the reception about this option,
• Cleaning: the apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival and you have one mid-week cleaning (for long stay with more than 10 days) and also final cleaning included in the price. In case you wish to reserve anextra cleaning service you can ask the reception about price and availability for this service.
• Swimming pool: guests can access our pool from 8 am to 8 pm. It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap. It is possible to ask for pool towels on requesr and with a deposit of 10 euro for each towel. Please note it is forbidden to use towel of your apartment for the pool. At the entrance of the pool you can find our guidelines. Please note children can’t have access the pool alone withourt parents.
• Parking: There is a private parking at Borgo Dolci Colline but we don’t have a caretaker/keeper.

All other services which are not mentioned have extra fee payments.

RESTAURANT

Borgo Dolci Colline owns a private restaurant where you will enjoy lunch or dinner with typical local products and where you will have breakfast in the morning.

There is also the possibility to book your newpaper or have a special room service for breakfast or an aperitive.

WELLNESS AREA

This service has to be paid extra unless it is included in your booking, Please ask the reception for breservation and availability.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

It is possible to reserve a wash and dry service, please ask the reception about prices and avalability.

CUSTOMER RESPONSABILITY

Every customer has the responsability not to cause damages in the accomodation he/she has reserved. Please note you are also responsable also for your pets.

Before departure you are kindly asked to clean the aprtment, wahs the dishes, empty and claen frige and freezer and also throw the rubbish away. The place will be checked before your departure and in case we find something wrong or you don’t respect these rules, you will be charge wkith a fee between 50-100 euro.

Please note guests should behave correcly and shouldn’y be noisy in order to respect other people at the Borgo. Pay attention also to the possible damages your pet might cause because owner will be responsable for it.

In case our policy won’t be respected, Borgo Dolci Colline has the right to cancel your stay without prior notice and any deposit  or balance will be refund.

PETS

With prior notice we are happy to welcome your pets at Borgo Dolci Colline without any extra fee. Please note that your dog must be microchipped and fully vaccinated.
Dogs are not allowed at the pool and also in the wellness area. They can be allowed at the restaurant but only if they behave correctly and they are not dangerous for other guests.
